I have worked with Rich for 18 months, both in one on one and group settings. His clinical knowledge and experience-based empathy have been the single biggest contributor to my on-going recovery and rediscovering a fulfilling life, free from the damage of my addictions. He has provided me with a design for living that I can rely on throughout all of life’s trials and tribulations. Rich has worked with me for a long period and has helped me maintain a confidential and compassionate space to explore and solidify my sober identity. My progress in all facets of my life has been extraordinary, in no small part to my work with Rich.

My life was in complete ruin when I started seeing Rich. Over the last year, I have been free from substance use, my wife and young daughter have the father they need, my career has progressed rapidly, and I know myself like I never had previously. I see Rich every week, something always comes up for me when we talk, and I can find solutions in the process. I am provided with cost effective, results driven and solution focused addiction counselling.

I have struggled to connect to my family since I was a child. The symptoms of my isolation and avoidance have been, primarily, anger and addiction. Rich works with me to help me understand the root causes of my anger. We have worked together to implement effective strategies that I use every day to help me build healthier relationships with others. I also am building a more compassionate view of myself through understanding and reconciling my past.
